Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Custom or personalized hats

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you exchange it—based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at [your support email] within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
